炉体结构

真空系统：采用壹台TK/200油扩散泵、壹台2X-30机械泵（配电磁放气阀），及高低挡板式真空阀等组成。机组上安置了破坏真空时用的放气阀。真空度的测量采用数显热偶、电离复合真空计。

.电气系统：主回路采用可控硅调压器调节初级电流，再经过大电流变压器降压后，经电缆（或铜排）送到炉体的电极上，电极联接加热体实现加热。

Electrical system: the primary current is regulated by thyristor voltage regulator in the main circuit, and then it is sent to the electrode of the furnace body through the cable (or copper bar) after the voltage is reced through the high current transformer, and the electrode is connected with the heating body to realize heating.

.控制柜体为威图标准柜，顶部排风内设自动照明，柜门密封条等功能。控制回路主要由壹台欧姆龙PLC配合相应的中间继电器等实现控制，控制回路设有过热、过流、短路、过载保护及超温报警保护功能。
